Create a Free Individual Account

  • Click “Join Now”, select “Not A Member, Sign Up”, complete the form and login.
  • Individuals register for a free user account to:
  • Rate and review organizations to inform other users and provide feedback to organizations.
  • Email organizations directly from their Listings using a contact form
  • Save organizations you love to Favorites so you can easily access them next time.

UrbnHub is for 501c3 organizations. Community organizations without 501c3 status are by invitation only.             

501C3 Nonprofit Organizations can click on the  “Submit Listing” page to complete the listing form. 

Fill in your organization’s information so community members can easily find and contact you, then add photos, and videos,

The more you add to your Listing, the more compelling it is to the UrbnHub community. Click Save & Preview, make any edits, then Proceed to checkout.

UrbnHub will verify your nonprofit status using the Tax Exempt Organization Search. If we cannot confirm your 501c3, we will contact you for your tax-exempt letter. 

If you need to change something in your listing, please contact us immediately. We  process requests within one business day, Once we have processed your update you will be notified by email

If you have upcoming events, you can submit them to our calendar! Just submit your flyer in jpeg or png form to Please include the date, time, and location of the event on the flyer. Please submit your event 2-4 weeks in advance.

UrbnHub is a referral provider for IMPACT Missouri. From September until May, Urbnhub provides referrals to IMPACT Events, where families can connect directly to community resources at one location. To learn more and receive a referral, please visit to learn more

Blogs should be 1,000 words minimum. Provide a 2-3 sentence bio about yourself to be credited appropriately for your post—your name, title, author blurb, what your organization does, and a link to your website and/or social media accounts.

Submit two to three quality photos, at least 900 x 600 pixels, to which you own the copyright or have permission to publish. No watermarks.

If your submission is accepted, we will schedule your content according to our editorial calendar. We always welcome and appreciate social media sharing once your article has been published. Submit your blog in a Word document (.doc) or a Google Doc.
